"Three days" means very different things depending on context. On a calendar basis, 1 day = 24 hours, so three days is 72 hours; but three person-days of work usually means 8-hour workdays, just 24 hours total. Applying calendar-basis day counts to a project estimate without noticing this triples the effort you think you have.

A month runs anywhere from 28 to 31 days, so unlike the other units, there's no fixed ratio to convert with. This tool uses annual averages: 1 month = 30.44 days on a calendar basis (365.25 / 12), and 1 month = 21.75 working days on a work basis (261 working days / 12). That's an approximation based on the yearly average, not the exact day count of any specific month (like February's 28).
It's accurate enough for rough quarter- or half-year estimates, but check an actual calendar if you need the precise day count of a particular month.
